I bought a ticket but did not receive a confirmation email, can you help me?

I received the confirmation email, however don't have a PDF ticket yet
We are using delayed fulfilment, also known as sealed tickets. This means you can only download your PDF ticket on the 5th of December.
We have implemented this security feature to prevent fraud, scammers and unfair trading of tickets.
